Bariatric & pre-surgical clearance

Psychological evaluations for bariatric and related pre-surgical clearance. Surgeon referral required — have that office contact ours.

Independent Medical Examinations

IMEs considered case-by-case. (Dr. Story has retired as a QME — QME services are not offered.)
